Welcome to CRM Talent Hub. We aren't a high-volume "everything" board; we are a curated community for Salesforce professionals. By using this site, you agree to the following rules designed to keep our ecosystem high-quality and high-trust.
1. The "No Noise" Guarantee
We are committed to a platform free of "filler."
- For Job Seekers: You agree to provide accurate information. We strictly prohibit "keyword stuffing" or deceptive resume formatting.
- For Employers: We reserve the right to remove job postings that are predatory, "lowball," or fall outside the professional scope of the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Human-Led Verification
Unlike other platforms that rely solely on automated scrapes, verification on CRM Talent Hub involves a human review process.
- The Process: We review linked Trailhead profiles and resumes to ensure alignment.
- The Caveat: While we strive for 100% accuracy, this human-led "Verified" status is an assessment based on provided data and does not constitute a legal guarantee of a candidate's past performance or future results.
- Consent: By submitting your profile for verification, you grant our team permission to review your public Trailhead data and professional history.
3. AI-Assisted Features
We use AI to help with Match Scores and Job Summaries.
- These tools are meant to assist and recommend, not to make final hiring decisions.
- CRM Talent Hub is not responsible for any hiring outcomes resulting from AI-generated match percentages or recommendations.
4. Payments & Refunds (Employers)
- Flat-Fee Model: We charge a simple, transparent flat fee per job post.
- No Refunds: Because our human-led verification and AI-optimization begin immediately upon posting, all fees are non-refundable once a job is live.
- No Placement Fees: We are a platform, not a recruiting agency. We do not take a cut of the candidate's salary.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide the "handshake" between talent and companies. CRM Talent Hub is not responsible for the interview process, the accuracy of third-party job descriptions, or the conduct of users once they move to off-platform communication (Email, Slack, or Employer Websites).
6. Termination of Access
We take quality seriously. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user—seeker or employer—who violates the spirit of this high-trust community (e.g., spamming, fraudulent credentials, or harassment).
