About the Role

CRM Talent Hub is a hiring platform built by Salesforce architects and operators to fix the hiring experience inside the Salesforce ecosystem. We focus on signal over noise verified talent, intelligent matching, and real professional credibility instead of keyword spam.

We’re early. The platform is live, but the voice and presence of the brand are just beginning.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape that from the ground up.

This is not a “post three times a week” role.
This is a chance to help grow a recognizable brand inside a professional community.

What You'll Do

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the voice of CRM Talent Hub across LinkedIn and other relevant channels

  • Create posts that resonate with Salesforce professionals (admins, devs, architects, consultants, leaders)

  • Turn industry conversations into thoughtful content

  • Highlight jobs, companies, and professionals in a way that feels credible — not promotional

  • Work directly with the founder to shape messaging and positioning

  • Experiment and iterate — we care more about engagement quality than raw impressions

Required Qualifications

You don’t need to be a “marketer.” You need to understand professional communities.

Ideal candidates:

  • Have worked in or closely around the Salesforce ecosystem (or similar professional tech community)

  • Can write like a human clear, intelligent, and not corporate. Let AI Edit....

  • Know the difference between engagement and noise

  • Enjoy participating in industry conversations, not broadcasting at them

  • Have opinions about how hiring should work
