About CRM Talent Hub
About CRM Talent Hub
CRM Talent Hub is a hiring platform built by Salesforce architects and operators who spent years on both sides of the hiring process running teams, interviewing candidates, and searching for work ourselves.
We didn’t start with the idea of building “another job board.”
The Salesforce ecosystem has incredible talent and serious companies, yet hiring still runs on noisy marketplaces, keyword spam, inflated resumes, "keyword stuffing", BS, and recruiter roulette. The signal is buried under volume.
So we built the platform we always wished existed.
CRM Talent Hub is a full-feature hiring marketplace focused exclusively on Salesforce professionals where credibility matters more than keywords and quality matters more than traffic.
The platform includes:
Verified professional profiles have more visibility
AI match scoring based on experience, tenure, and certifications
Built-in ATS for employers
Direct messaging between companies and candidates
Intelligent job summaries and matching
Zero paywalls for job seekers
A curated, low-noise talent pool
No scraping.
No generic tech resumes.
No spray-and-pray applications.
Why We Exist
Hiring in specialized technical ecosystems breaks when platforms optimize for activity instead of accuracy.
Most hiring tools are designed for scale. We are designed for trust.
Our goal isn’t to be the biggest job site.
Our goal is to become the place where Salesforce professionals actually want to hire and be hired.
That only works if the people building it understand the work itself architecture decisions, delivery pressure, bad requirements, good teammates, and what competence really looks like beyond a resume.
Who We’re Looking For
Early team members won’t just “work at a startup.”
You’ll help shape the hiring infrastructure of an entire professional community.
We want builders who:
Care about craft and clarity
Dislike noisy marketplaces as much as we do
Understand that good software removes friction instead of adding features
Can balance technical correctness with real-world usability
Prefer meaningful problems over performative ones
You don’t need startup experience. You do need strong opinions and the ability to explain them.
