About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Technical Architecture to own the technical strategy across our customer platforms, with Salesforce at the core and modern web applications surrounding it.

This role bridges:

  • Product & revenue leadership

  • Engineering teams

  • Sales & customer service operations

You will act as both technical authority and business translator — shaping architecture that supports subscription growth, advertising sales, and fan engagement experiences.

This is not a pure governance role.
You will design, advise, and occasionally go hands-on.

What You'll Do

Platform & Architecture Leadership

  • Define the long-term architecture roadmap for Salesforce and connected digital platforms

  • Ensure systems scale for subscriber growth, real-time engagement, and media distribution

  • Own integration strategy across CRM, identity, payments, analytics, and content platforms

  • Establish development standards, security patterns, and release processes

  • Drive modernization initiatives and retire legacy systems

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software engineering or platform architecture

  • 5+ years Salesforce architecture experience

  • Experience supporting both Sales AND Customer Service organizations

  • Proven full-stack background (frontend + backend + integration)

  • Experience designing APIs and distributed systems

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (non-technical audiences)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications

  • Media, streaming, SaaS, or subscription business experience

  • Ad-tech or marketing automation exposure

  • Experience with event-driven architecture

  • Experience leading platform migrations
