About the Role
The Senior BA will lead the discovery and design phases for our most critical internal projects. You will be the primary advocate for process excellence, helping us navigate the complexities of custom manufacturing, global distribution, and high-touch customer service.
What You'll Do
Process Architecture: Map out end-to-end business processes—from the moment a customer chooses their tonewood to the final delivery of a handcrafted instrument.
Requirement Orchestration: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate "artistic needs" into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
Solution Design: Partner with our engineering team to design scalable solutions within Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud that respect the platform's "clicks-not-code" philosophy.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop sophisticated dashboards and KPIs that provide visibility into production bottlenecks, dealer performance, and sales forecasting.
Change Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create training documentation to ensure our team is empowered by our technology, not frustrated by it.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused heavily on the Salesforce platform.
Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to untangle complex business problems and present multiple solution paths to leadership.
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff (our luthiers speak wood and tone; you speak Flow and Metadata).
Tooling: Proficiency in Jira, Lucidchart (or similar process mapping tools), and advanced Salesforce reporting.
Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are highly preferred.
