About the Role
Join Cloud Foundry as a Junior Salesforce Administrator and become the backbone of our CRM operations while building your career in the Salesforce ecosystem. This is your chance to turn that shiny new Admin certification into real-world experience with a supportive team that values growth and curiosity.
**What You'll Do:**
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to keep our team connected and productive
• Serve as the go-to person for internal users, solving login headaches, navigation questions, and report requests with a smile
• Keep our data squeaky clean through regular audits and Data Loader magic, ensuring our CRM stays trustworthy
• Build and customize page layouts, fields, and simple Flows (with guidance from our seasoned pros)
• Create reports and dashboards that turn raw data into actionable insights for our teams
• Maintain clear, helpful documentation that makes complex processes feel simple
**You're Perfect for This Role If You Have:**
• 0-2 years of Salesforce experience (yes, internships and Trailhead superbadges absolutely count!)
• Your Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (ADM-201) in hand
• A solid grasp of Salesforce fundamentals—objects, relationships, and security models
• The patience and communication skills to guide non-technical users through solutions
• Bonus points for Trailhead Ranger status, Excel wizardry with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and that "let me figure out why this isn't working" mindset
**The Ideal Candidate:**
You're someone who gets excited about solving puzzles and helping people succeed. You're not afraid to ask questions, dive into Trailhead modules, or roll up your sleeves when data gets messy. Most importantly, you understand that great admin work happens behind the scenes but makes everyone's job easier.
At Cloud Foundry, we believe the best learning happens when you're doing real work that matters. You'll have mentorship from experienced admins, opportunities to tackle new challenges, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly impacts how smoothly our teams operate every day.
