About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Salesforce expert who can bridge the gap between complex manufacturing workflows and a seamless customer experience. Your focus will be on optimizing our Sales Cloud environment, managing our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes for custom builds, and maintaining our Experience Cloud dealer portal.
What You'll Do
CPQ Management: Maintain and optimize our product catalog, price books, and complex quoting logic to ensure our sales team can accurately quote custom-built guitars with hundreds of unique variables.
Experience Cloud Oversight: Manage and enhance our Dealer Community portal, ensuring our global partners have real-time access to order statuses, inventory, and marketing assets.
Sales Cloud Optimization: Streamline lead-to-cash workflows and build robust reporting/dashboards to track our production pipeline.
System Governance: Execute regular platform maintenance, security reviews, and manage all third-party integrations.
Required Qualifications
Certification: Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
CPQ Expertise: Proven experience managing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), specifically with product bundles and constraint rules.
Experience Cloud: Hands-on experience building or maintaining Lightning-based communities.
Platform Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Flow Builder, validation rules, and permission sets.
